| Description: | Assist Agents in maintaining client relationships. Duties include creating electronic client files; invoicing clients; preparing binders; updating coverage summaries; receiving and responding to client requests for endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, etc.; managing the renewal process, e.g., updating applications, negotiating renewal pricing, ordering policies; maintain accurate and current electronic files; preparation of policy book for delivery to client; and all other duties requested by the agent in accordance with TIS practices which are related to the successful maintenance of the client relationship. |
